Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your UGS purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
