1.1. Participants with a valid Golf Australia (GA) handicap must use their GA handicap for all events.
1.2. The GA handicap will be verified prior to each event.

2.1. Participants without a GA handicap will be assigned a starting handicap of 8.
2.2. This internally assigned handicap will be subject to adjustment based on performance in each event.

3.1. Adjustments to internally managed handicaps will be made after each event based on individual performance.
3.2. The method of adjustment will be at the sole discretion of the event organizers and will be aimed at maintaining fairness and competitiveness.

4.1. All participants are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their GA handicap.
4.2. Any discrepancies or false information may result in disqualification or adjustment of the participant’s handicap.

5.1. Participants may appeal their handicap adjustments by submitting a written request to the event organizers.
5.2. Appeals will be reviewed, and decisions will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of the organizers is final.

6.1. By participating in the event, all participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
6.2. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in penalties, including disqualification from the event.

7.1. The event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
7.2. Any changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.
