You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return or exchange, simply head to the Returns & Exchanges page, available from the menu at the top or bottom of our website, and follow the instructions.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
